    iPhone Build Failing

I have gone through all the steps in the mobile publisher backwards and forwards several times and the iPhone build fails every time but doesn't give me an error message. I've opened a support ticket but the only suggestion I've received in more than 48 hours is to put N/A in the facebook and youtube ID fields which doesn't make any difference.

The Android app builds just fine.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on? 4.2.2

No .ipa file in iPhone download. This is becoming a nightmare. I have tried re-uploading images and basically re-created the whole app but I can't get the download to have the .ipa file. Any ideas? Can anyone help?

The android download has the .apk file so no issues there.

Not one response. No help via ticket system.

How do I get a refund?

You don't. That fact things do not work does not make it worth of a refund in IB eyes. To everyone else it may be perfectly reasonable - not them.

Did you run the signing tool in the ios download?

Yes, but there is nothing to sign. As I've explained, there is no .ipa file

I am following up with the mobile team. Sorry for the issues. I'll follow up here/ticket as soon as I hear something.

One of the issues I have is the links for the android and iphone are so close it is very easy to click on android link thinking you are clicking on iphone link. In fact several times I have clicked on the iphone build link and the android page loads.

How is it that days have gone by and there is still no .ipa file?
