Custom BB Code not working with mobile suite?

Our spolier tag we use to hide/show stuff doesn't work. When we click the "show" button, nothing happens. How can I resolve this?

    I'm using vB 4.2.2.

    Thanks.

No, custom bbcode doesn't show in the mobile app.

How do I deal with this? When a user in mobile sees the show button, nothing happens. Is it possible to just hide all custom BBcode from just mobile? Right now with all the custom bbcode not working on mobile, the mobile experience is pretty bad. Is there any solution to this?

      Thanks.

        Hello,

I'm afraid there is no option for this right now. The "work-around" would be removing custom BB-Codes that are not mobile friendly.

Wow, that's a pretty major issues. Custom BBcodes are used extensively on the the site, since vB supports them. Not having the mobile theme support a feature as common on that is very surprising.

Mobile theme and mobile app are two completely different things. Which are you referring to?

Chances are, if the spoiler button is showing up then the BBCode is working. The issue will be that the Javascript it uses isn't compatible with the mobile device in question.

If you're using the Mobile Style then you should ask the Spoiler Tag author for whatever Spoiler Tag you are using for help why it does not work- this isn't because of vBulletin.

If you;re using the Mobile Suite then custom BBCodes do not work.
