Hello, I have updated to the 1.3 and now in the threads, there are posts that I see the avatar and the name but without a message, and when I click I go inside and I see the post...

The issue is with the API rather than the apps it appears:

I've asked if the fix (which will be in 4.2.1) can be posted to that report to enable you to apply it sooner.

patch level 2 does not contain anything for our problem. bad service, really bad.

Patch level 2 is a security patch - the changes required for the fixes are intertwined between the core code, MAPI and mobile. There will need to be a co-ordinated release, not a single file patch.

So ... 1 month to release patches vbulletin + app, + 4/6 weeks for approval AppleStore. total -minimum- of 2 ½ months to get the app without bugs

To get updates it takes months and do not work when they are ready. but whoever is in charge of testing? mickey mouse?
