skip login in android app

Hi,

Is there a way to enable "skip for now" to access the app? My iOS app has this and I don't see anywhere it can be done in the mobile publisher.

I have seen it on many Android apps but it doesn't show up in mine.

This is a major issue. I have no clue why it happens and I can't remove the update because of the api level. I opened a ticket and they told be to report it in JIRA. Now my Android users are stuck until the report makes it through the very long JIRA process. http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBA-330

This must be something to do with your build or forum. I have checked a few 1.3 apps and they don't have this problem. This is what I get after bypassing your login.




Also the skip login text should be black, so I don't understand why it does not show on your white background.

I observed the same thing. Even after upgrading from 4.1.12 pl 1 to 4.2 I saw no difference. I have no mods installed either. I'm thinking maybe it's the style, but I have my doubts

I don't see the option to use vb default style on your forum, do you have one that you can set as default to test the app.

I am in the dark on this one, maybe someone from the Vbulletin staff can help. I kept all the default settings in the mobile publisher.

The style on your forum is irrelevant and isn't used in the Mobile Apps.

When you run the Suspect File Versions Diagnostic are there any results?

They aren't. Only one that could be is upgrade.php and only if it is in the install directory.

None of those should cause your problem though. What plugins do you have installed?

Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager.

The install.PHP was "file not found"

I just installed your IOS app and don't see the "skip for now" link in that either. But clicking in the area where it should be works.
