Issues with my Mobile Suite App

I have a 1.7 SuiteMoblie App. I like the Forum Runner but I want my own app so I purchase the vbulletin moblie suite app the problem I'm having it will not let you see the YouTube video clips it would not let you upload pictures from your phone gallery also it does not let you see who's online. Forum Runner is cool, but members do not want to pay for the app. If vbulletin can fix these problems, the moblie suite app would be just as good as the forum runner app. So I'm asking the support team if the problem can be fixed. I paid alot of money for this app.

I post this post August 5th no one responded to it makes me very concerned about this app that I purchased for 199 00 and its not working properlyI appreciate someone respond and let me know if they can fix these issues are not thank you
