NLPCaptcha image verification not showing up on mobile version

So everything works fine on the desktop version, but on my mobile version (I'm using vb 4.2.2) it does not show up therefore people cant register from the mobile site. How do I get it to show up on the mobile version as well?

Contact the author of your verification addon. They will need to implement it in the mobile style as well. They will need to bypass it when using the Mobile App though. There are instructions on how to do this over at www.vbulletin.org.
