    mobile app error

    I have our new app installed on my iPhone. When I login the app tells me I have a notification and when I click on the notification it says I have a pm (which I do). After reading the pm the notification doesn't clear and continues to tell me I have a pm. I don't know how to rectify this.

    completely logout and then log back in... I've had this issue since version 1.0.0

      So will I have to do this every time to clear the notification? It seems to work fine on the vb iPhone app. How is mine different?

        well vb app is a new version their app is version 1.2 as what we have access to is 1.1.3 (except they just released 1.2 to us)
