In my honest opinion, as a person with a computer background, it's a process that takes much time and so, is easy to fall in error -

There's no "install" per se, just getting the apps into the relevant store. It's a very straightforward process to get the android app into the market place. Getting the app into iTunes is a more time consuming process, (and requires a mac). As long as you follow instructions, and have patience, you won't have any issues.Comment

I would second that. The mobile suite - at least the theme and the Android app are unusable in current state. I haven't dared try the iPhone app as Tapatalk is running wellComment

I've been using the iPhone app to browse and post to my own site. It's working out well so far (with the caveat of the "features" listed above). There are a few enhancements I'd like to see, but they are mainly a personal user experience preference rather than bugs - for example seeing all unread posts on the homepage. On balance, it's good to have from a marketing perspective, but not diesn't have the edge on a well made custom mobile skin in terms of user experience. Future updates may well address that.
On a similar note, I have a reasonably customised template i like to distinguish from the stock install. Hiwevever, i get a designer to to this for me. Obviously full customisation of the app isn't an option, but it's branded to some extent on a similar way to my site with my limited skills! I.e. I just followed the wizard!Comment
