Remove Blog from Mobile App?

Is it possible to remove the blog option from the mobile app? If so, how?

I am currently running vBulletin v.5.1.0.

This is not possible. You can set permissions so people can't access the blog but that would affect apps and web clients.

We don't want the blog accessible from anywhere. Can we remove it altogether?

No, you can't remove it. You can adjust the permissions under Channel Management -> Channel Permissions. Turn off the ability for your usergroups to view it.
