This may be a stupid question, but I couldn't find anything about what to do, mobile app-wise, when you make an upgrade from vB 3.* to 4.*. Forum users and I are having problems connecting to the site using the mobile app; on the iPhone, it results in a "there appears to be a connection issue between your device and ..." error.
In the admin CP, enable vBulletin API is set to "yes". Disabling all products did not help. I fear this might be another one of those "We're only having these kinds of problems on your site" issues.
