Is it allowed to create 2 forums and 2 apps on the same domain ?

For example:

Domain.com/English
Domain.com/Arabic

Is that ok or not ?

no cause vbulletin licenses are "Per Installation" not "Per Domain" read the license agreement lots of interesting stuff in there

If it's the same installation, AKA the same content it is 1 forum license.
