How To Publish Apple App Without A Mac?

I have had great success with our Android App however a lot of our members are seeking an app for their Iphone's and Ipad's. I do not have a Mac to publish the app however. Is there a service that vBulletin provides or what are some ways that I can publish our Apple app without a Mac? Thank you!

It is not a service that we can provide at this time. Unfortunately, you would need to find access to a Mac where they will let you enter your Apple Developer Keys in a secure manner.
