How do members know you're mobile friendly?

I installed Mobile suite about two months ago. I have about 100 or so mobile users accessing the forum daily. So far, hardly anyone has downloaded the apps.

How is it made known to users that there are apps available to download (besides making your own announcements)? Shouldn't there be a prompt or logo to download the app when they access the board?

How are others doing it?

I sent everyone a newsletter telling them.

well my sites I have a logo/icon at the top that says "Gone Mobile" then apple/android logo and click on it goes to a page with info and download links....... Then also have page setup that when you visit site from a mobile browser takes you to the app store
