please help asap - stuck on resign.sh

your video states the 'owner of the apple developer account' and as far as we know it's the name of our company - that's what's displayed at the top of the screen when we are signed into intunesconnect.apple.com

we have all the fields entered for the iphone resign.sh but it keeps keeps telling us that "No Identity Found" regardless of what we type into that fields enclodes in double quotes.

can you give us some guidance here - the specific instruction are unclear as is the online video.

Maybe some screen shots of your iOS account would help.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Ones showing the account name for instance.

FWIW this does work when you use the correct name.

Better yet on your Mac go to

            Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access > My Certificates >

            Look for the certificate

            iPhone Distribution: Name Here

So the name after the iPhone Distribution: is what you enter exactly as it appears its case sensitive..

I see the cert under certificates, but there is nothing listed under My Certificates.

by the way - I tried exporting the cert to the desktop and switching over the My Certificates and imporing it there, but I get the error - "an error occurred. Unable to import "Iphone Distribution: Marine.com LLC".

              Error: 10013

ps: I've tried to solution listed here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread...art=0&tstart=0

but this only adds it to Certificates, not MY Certificates.

                KUDOS to SteveLV702

for helping me out with my certificate problem and paving the way for me to FINALLY upload my app to apple - now it's sit and wait for apple.

I wonder if they make you wait as long if you're $ELLING your app. ???

No problemo glad I was able to get your issue resolved......

***NOTE***would go to Keychain access > My Certificates and right click on your cert and click Export and save backup in a safe location...
