Whats happening with the mobile style / skin?

Mobile Style is being worked on for completion in 4.1.5

I just upgraded to 4.1.5 on my development server and the mobile style is still not complete. Is this ever going to happen? We are a mobile device forum and mobile browser support is key for us. The CMS style still says "We are sorry, this content is not supported via the mobile style. "

If you read the announcement you would see that the mobile updates were not completed in time, and so postponed to 4.1.6.
