Distribution Provisioning Profile - Unable to process your request

Hi

I have gone through the txt file and done everything on the apple developer portal (including keychains etc on my mac) but when i get to

1. Enter the following string in the Profile Name: MY PROFILE HERE
2. Select the following App ID from the App ID drop-down: MY APP ID HERE
3. Click “Submit” to generate your Distribution Provisioning Profile.
   
   
   I then click submit and get an Apple Developer Program "We are unable to process your request"
   
   I have tried this 3 times now and keep getting the same error ?
   
   Any Clues or do i need to contact Apple Developer Support ?

Problem solved

I also didnt see this in the install/help instructions that comes with the mobile app

In iOS Provisioning Portal

Click Devices > Add Device

Needs to be an iphone/ipad/ipod etc and the Device ID comes from iTunes Summary > Click serial Number then it shows the UID - Then press CMD+C to copy this

Then enter this in the device ID box, give your device a name (my iPhone)

Click submit

Then go back to Provisioning > Distribution

It will then work (or it does for me now)
