Error: Forums with Prefixes are not Supported

Is this going to be changed or is this an error with something on my forum. I have prefixes on several forums and not allowing users to post with the mobile app because of these prefixes is kind of weak. If this is an error on my end, I need to resolve it quickly. Any ideas? I'm also seeing quote tags around quotes, not sure if that's normal either.

I believe this has already been reported and will be fixed in a future version.

Its always the same response. I bought the Mobile Suite 2 weeks ago and have yet been able to release the App to the public because the app will not work with prefixes and its a vital part of our community at the moment. Ok I am not giving you guys enough credit. The app half works, and works perfectly if you don't want people to be able to post threads via the app. When is the next version going to be released? Waste of money so far.

Yea maybe so, but a bug that renders the app half useless maybe it should be considered for a hot fix. I mean i did pay for it, and pretty much expected it to work, and its not an issue on my end. Is that to much to ask for? Or should i just be happy with half working slapped together software as some people seem to be?

Its a bug that affects relatively few people.

However, its known about, reported, and will get fixed.

Tapatalk charges $1,000 for custom app development. For the price that vBulletin charges for their Mobile Suite you really have no room to complain yet. The price is ridiculously good and so far vBulletin has shown us that they are going to dedicate a lot of time and resources into the mobile suite.

They charge 1000 because you can customize it the way you want, put features in that you want, display what you want, etc. 199 is a good price for limited software that will give you an app that looks and works like everyone elses app. But the problem is it doesn't work at the moment (for me anyways) and i certainly have the right to ask when the next update will be released so i can plan ahead. Thanks for your time.
