Only the person with the certificate and private key on their computer can resign your app for you.

When you look in your Keychain Access application.. go to Certificates on the left (very bottom). Do you see one labeled "iPhone Distribution: Your Name"? Select it. On the top, under the expiration, is there a green check mark and then the words "This certificate is valid"?

no codesign_wrapper executable was the eroror when using the Application Loader.
After a bit of googling it appears that the issue lies somewhere with using beta versions of XCode. So I uninstalled and reinstalled XCode and it now works.My Sites :Comment
