Can't post in forums with presets/subcategories?

Okay... im experiencing 2 issues here and i wanted to make sure b4 i submit to the tracker or see if its already there.

First issue, i get complains for not being able to post new threads in forums that have presets in Android app and iPhone app (check screenshot).

Second issue, i cant choose to post new threads in forums subcategories, because they're simply not there to choose from. Just Categories appear.

Anyone else experiencing those two issues? Do we have this on tracker?
