Alright, am I still limited to doing this only twice a year? Thank you!

When you have entered and reviewed your information you will be prompted to finalize and save it. From that time until the app has been either approved or rejected, you not be able to edit. Once it has been approved or rejected you will be able to edit and resubmit, up to a total of two resubmissions per 12 calendar months.

no you can recompile your app 1,000 times in 5 minutes if you want....

Actually, android will only let you submit your app once every 24 hours.

Yes I know but you vbulletin let you recompile the app 1,000 times in 5 minutes granted wont be able to submit to Android 1,000 times in day...
