    I purchased a mobile app license, now what?

    I purchased a mobile app license, but didn't get an email confirmation nor did anything change on the customer page. Is there any way to check and make sure the transaction went through?

    I never got a email or anything and nothing changed on my customer page for about 30-60 minutes so I would wait if not there by end of day then I would open a support ticket...

      You can try logging into your members area, the mobile links might appear to the right of the licenses; additionally, sometimes it takes a little longer for the transaction to fully clear and complete successfully. Sorry for the delay anyways!

        I was impatient. I got an email and it showed up in my customer area at the same time. I just jumped the gun - issue resolved.
