Do we develop the app and the $99 is the licensing fee? Or does the $99 include a kit that does all of the app creation work for you, and you simply submit to apple/android and on you go?

Either way, doesn't matter. Just curious.

The $99 creates the apps for you site, with a level of customization (background colors, fonts, splash screens etc.).

Once created, you then download the apps, re-sign them to your developer ID's and submit them to your iOS and Android developer accounts (which require a separate payment if you don't have one/have access to one)
