Problem with Android app showing up in Market

I currently have three Android phones at my disposal:

HTC Evo running 2.2
HTC Thunderbolt running 2.2
Nexus S running 2.3.3

For some reason, my Android app can be found in the market on the 2.2 handsets, but will not show up on the Nexus using 2.3. Oddly enough, I can search for my app via the market website and it pulls up without any problem. Any suggestions?

Problem solved. Copy protection has to be turned off...weird.

is your nexus phone rooted? if so ya cannot get copy protected apps with a rooted phone...
