    Ok.

For a start - have you installed the 3.X mobile plugin?
    Do you run vBSEO?

That message indicates that our mobile publisher is having difficulty getting to your API's.

        Ok.

Try reinstalling the plugin over the top of the existing plugin.
Here are instructions on how to install the plugin

It is on a subdomain, so not sure if that is the reason

Your api is responding to me ok, which suggests its installed ok.

I uploaded all the files again. Reinstalled the plug and and still getting the same error at the site information page.

I upgraded to vb 3.8.7 a couple weeks ago and that's all working fine.

Not sure what i'm doing wrong. I followed the video step by step

Yes, it can intefere with the api signature, causing "invalid" errors.

It is compatible with it, but needs to be setup with this:

You need to add api.php to their exclude section.
vBSEO CP -> General Settings -> vBSEO Options -> Exclude Pages. Add api.php

If this isn't done, as Paul mentioned it can cause "invalid" errors.

not that im going to right away, but does having vb 4.1.3 need to have the extra installation steps or is that just for vb 3?

                              Just vB3.
vB4.1.2 has the API natively installed.
