If you have not done so already, please review the Android application policies.

You first need to specify the content ratings for your site. Those determine which stores will accept your application. You can save your App as a draft while you are creating. Make sure all the entries are correct before submitting.

When you have entered and reviewed your information you will be prompted to finalize and save it. From that time until the app has been either approved or rejected, you not be able to edit. Once it has been approved or rejected you will be able to edit and resubmit, up to a total of two resubmissions per 12 calendar months.

It appears that your application can be sold for both Android and iPhone.

So if get unlimited amount does that mean we can compile it with adds, download the files submit to Apple/Android then go recompile another build without ads so can submit it and charge for it.. so can have a free and paid version?

In theory - yes. Not sure if Apple will block the second app based on duplicate content or not - you are welcome to try it though

darn wont work cause got to create another App ID and wont let me use the same bundle identifier :'(

tried with Android but Android is reporting: "You have another application on Market with the same package name (com.vbulletin.build_161). Go to that other application, and click upgrade."

you guys should add the option of offering a Paid and Free version

Free = ads + functionality missing like maybe no PMs, unable to post new threads..

Paid = no adds and no restrictions
