Imported from vb4 to vb3.8 - Post / thread count is showing the imported posts but no new forums / posts displaying

Juts as the title says

Spent another full day on this but no luck.

The posts are all in the database, the forums / categories aren't - I tried to go to a thread that I can read in the database but I don't have permission to view it on the site.

I dont know how I can change permissions for the site if the forums that the posts are in doesn't exist in the admincp..

2 days working on this and as soon as I post I resolved it - Even though no new forums show up in the admincp or site - You still have to go to "Forum Manager" in admincp and click save display order - After that the imported forums will be displayed in admincp and the site.

Still more problems that I'm working on, getting there, slowly
