All my imported users are banned

Hello,

I uploaded a list of users and they are all banned.

Upon login I get this message:
You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never



Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Are all of the users in one user group? If so, what is that user groups permissions?

vB has no such facility.
How exactly did you upload them ?

I think he means from the import. If that is the case, change the usergroup/s and set This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group to No.

Impex sets the groups to be banned by default.
