Where is the CSV option in the drop down?

Hello,

How do you select a CSV for upload?

I set my ImpExConfig.php to:
$impexconfig['sourceexists'] = false;
but I didn't see an option for CSV.

Also, I selected vb4 as my source. How do I get back to the original screen to select a different source?

Any help or info is greatly appreciated.

I have a list of users in a .csv file on my server that I am trying to import.

I get this error when I try that:

mysql error number: 1146
