phpBB3 to VB4.2

So we are trying to use ImpEx to migrate everything from phpbb3 to vBulletin 4.2. The forums and threads seem to have copied over nicely, but the users are not.

We have tried this twice now, and it seems that the data is getting copied over and we were seeing at the bottom of the index that there were 200+ members, but if you go to the members list, none of those users exist. They cant request their password because their email addresses dont exist in the system, you cant view their profiles, etc.

So we tried wiping all of vBulletin and re-installing but we seem to be running into the same issues.

Help? Please?

When you access AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager, what usergroups are these users in? Can you edit any of them via AdminCP?

- Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
- Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)
