Problem with attachments

I used impex to import a forum from version 3.8.5 to 4.2.1, but I was not imported attachments. The annexes are in the filesystem, I entered the exact path and permissions to the folder CHMOD 0777, but when importing impex I visualized that the attachments do not you wonder if there was a way to import them without having to import it all again since it is a large forum. Thanks

As per the manual here - http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/impex_attachments - your attachments must reside in the database prior to doing the import.
