Impex vbulletin 4

hey

i was trying to use impex but i get this error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/impex on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i already ask my hosting provider and they sayd:

htaccess is missing there:

/bin/ls: cannot access /home/****/public_html/forums/impex/.htaccess: No such file or directory


hence the error. Please put htaccess with appropriate rules and it should work thereafter. If not, let us know.

any idea?

Hm... Impex needs no .htaccess to work. Do you use .htaccess to secure your admincp?

When does this error message show up? When you klick on import in AdminCP?

Did you upload all files?
