This error is def fixed when removing PP.Notes. I had the same problem myself when I moved my site over. If I remember rightly there is another field which needs removing as well somewhere down the line.

I cleared your import session and re-ran the Connection, Usergroup and Users modules and they all ran fine - you can continue with the rest of your import now.
