Convert old urls of mybb that are in "post" table (in "pagetext")

Hi, I imported a forum from phpbb to vbulletin.
I solved all problems except one.
In the users' posts, internal links look to importthreadid / importpostid, and go direct to the wrong topic.
How can I fix old links?

Example of phpbb links: http://site.it/forum/title-topic-tXXXXX.html#pYYYYY
My vB links: http://site.it/forum/title-topic-vtXXXXX.html#postYYYYY

XXXXX is threadid, YYYYY is postid, but in the phpbblinks XXXXX is importthreadid...
