SMF 2.0.6 to vBulletin 4.2.2 - Signatures not showing

We have successfully used Impex to convert our SMF 2.0.6 database to vBulletin 4.2.2 (with plans to upgrade from that to 5). We have managed to fix quotes, some character issues, etc with the cleanup.php script.

Our remaining issue is that signatures are not showing up.

I can confirm that each user's account has the signature if I go in and look. I have also made sure that user groups have the "Can Upload Custom Avatars" option enabled. I have cleared the system cache and emptied the avatar cache.

    Any ideas?

Try AdminCP > General Update Tools > Empty Signature Cache

      Hi Mark,

Thank you for following up. My apologies, I meant to say I cleared the signature cache, not the avatar cache. I'm going to try upgrading to VB 5 and troubleshoot from there.

That's a drastic step, this can be resolved if you want to use 4.2.2.

I would send a support ticket in and let us have a look.
