When I run import, it asks for my customer number. I enter that and then I get this error
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/nakedshu/public_html/impex/ImpExConfig.php:1) in /home/nakedshu/public_html/impex/impex_auth.php on line 22

Any ideas?

Edit your impex/ImpExConfig.php file. Remove any extra white space at the top. There should be nothing before <?php

Thanks. I had tried that but there is no white space.

Maybe it's your text editor. What editor are you using? I recommend Wordpad on Windows or TextEdit on Mac.

If your editor saves the file in a UTF-8 format it can add an invisible character at the beginning called a BOM. This is the character you would have to remove. Using an editor like Notepad++, TextEdit or UltraEdit will let you see these invisible characters and remove them.
