Impex Phpbb To Vb not import Avatars and Atachments

Hi Guys,
I have to say the the import process with impex is really poor....
All permissions are losed
All forum permissions also
...but it's ok....


but is incredible that the tool you offer does import in automatic mode all the avatas and attachments but we have to turn for week and week to found the solution to that thik that for VB could be the base.

Is incredible that i can buy a software of a third part... (cms2cms) do it in 5 minutes, and with impex is not like this...

This is a payed software...

I think that you are the programmers coul check and control this foundamental tool for you and for us, to see if everything working good, wich each relase you relase.
I have a Phpbb forum and i'm moving to vb.
These are the two most used forum platform of the world and is not possible to copy some database in a simple way???
Think about.... I say for you....
Then please if is possible to know how to resolve these issues will be a good think..

I don't know why you don't fix impex...
We have to make on hands...
And i have understand this
after to have repaired 3000 bugs... when you can fix it in 5 minutes...
This remain for all of us still a mystery.

I honestly think that you're either part of that company, or just an account used to SEO with their services, although it's a shady way to do business since you're ironically blackmailing the software that "the company" it's being promoted uses to handle their "5 mins migrations".
