It's just been one of those days.
Ran impex on my old UBB board. Went thru all the modules and it shows as importing 5516 threads, 26009 posts and 1051 members.
I go into vbulletin and look at forums and in the control panel in forum manager - and nothing is there except a test forum I created.
The users are there in Imported Registered Users however - do I select all and move them to registered users?
