I have literally tried everything to get this to work. You name it. Ive spent the last 12 hours or so researching every possible solution to get past the posts module of the import but all i get is a screen that does nothing, and says Done on the bottom. All the modules before it work properly. I've tried even running impex from the root and not through the admincp, reducing the amount at a time to even 10 instead of the 500 or 1000 mentioned before. NOTHING works.
To top it off, my ubbsite has been down for more than 24 hours now because I didnt want anyone making any posts there while I was importing so that when I put the VB site up their posts wouldnt be there (I copied the DB to another DB as a backup and working DB to make the import from).
And if thats not enough, I have had a support ticket in with support here for more than 12 hours and I havent even had one reply back on it yet.
I have seriously read everything there is about this. Tried everything. But please suggest more and I will say that I have tried it. I have submitted all the login info etc to support to check it out. I hope I am just missing something, but really, the fact I spend hundreds of dollars on this software and cant get a support reply is the thing thats bothering me the most. I can see waiting an hour or so for support, but 12 hours? Really? For a paying license holder?
Hope someone out there (preferably a VB support person) can finally help me get this going, or figure out whats up?
