    Impex requirements for MS SQL

For SQL 2008 Express there are two methods of Authentication:
    (1) Windows AUthentication
    (2) SQL Server Authentication

I have SQL running on a Windows Client (Windows XP) machine. Unfortunately SQL 2008 won't allow SQL Server Authentication connections in XP.

I guess Impex requires a Full Blown Windows Server ?

Unfortunately Impex no longer support MS SQL imports, only MySQL ones.

Is this a new development ?
There must be a way around this ? Use an older version of IMPEX ?

You can try using Impex if there is a corresponding script for this. However if you need support or the script does not work, then you will have to find an alternative.
