Import from txt_file (text files and CSV)

    Hi,

I read all through the directions and I didn't see what I needed. I hope I didn't overlook it.

I am starting a new Vbulletin 3.6.5 board and need to import just my users from a text file (no old board info):

Are these the 4 items I'll need?

    username, email, password, user ID

What order should the information be in?

    Comma delimited?

Any special instruction that could help me with this text file import process?

    Thank you,

    Brian

Sorry to bump an old thread, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO information about this. Can someone please tell me what format this needs to be??

You can use the text importer in Impex to import the following info:

        - username
        - password
        - email address

email is the only mandatory field, though username is ideal and password is nice to have. Then create a CSV file with them.
