There seems to have been a problem with the database.

ImpEx Database errormysql error: Invalid SQL:
SELECT fieldname, vbmandatory, defaultvalue, dictionary
FROM vb_vbfields
WHERE tablename = 'usergroup'
AND product='vbulletin'
ORDER BY vbmandatory
mysql error: Unknown column 'product' in 'where clause'
mysql error number: 1054

i have installed the latest version [3.6.2]. Got the same error once. so decided to reinstall vbulletin. Also created a new database.

Everything is working good. But only when i am trying to import the data from the old database it gives me this error.

pls help !

Download the newest version of ImpEx from the member's area. The older versions didn't have the product field.

You can reset the import session by running these queries:

DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title='ImpExSession'

DROP TABLE vbfields

After installing the latest Impex files if i m trying to import it gives me this error

if i m running the queries from ' Execute SQL Query' section, I get errors as follows

1) DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title='ImpExSession'

error number: 1146
error desc: Table 'istukdb.datastore' doesn't exist

2) DROP TABLE vbfields
-----error for this query is :
An error occurred while attempting to execute your query. The following information was returned.
error number: 1051
error desc: Unknown table 'vbfields'

what do i do now?

This is a bug in Impex which was fixed just a little while ago. Download the latest Impex files and reupload these files, replacing the existing one.

i downloaded VB 3.6.2 today morning. and downloaded impex latest files 10 mins ago after you asked me to do it!
