    Import problems unanswered

    Jerry,

Now I need some help to get this going please.
going back and forth with posts is too time consuming.
What kind of support do you offer, can a support ticket be started?

    How will this get resolved?

I ran the DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title='ImpExSession'
I assume "datastore" is the database name.

    I reinstalled the Impex files.

Didn't work, I still get the blank screen when I try the import.

    What now!

    Thanks
    Bob

    Reinstalled? you mean reuploaded?

Did you reupload the files in ASCII mode? did you configure the Impexconfig.php file?

After running DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title=ImpEXsession what did the command line or phpmyadmin return?

I deleted the impex folder and reinstalled it

      I reconfig the Impexconfig.php

I had no choice of ascii mode or otherwise

"After running DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title=ImpEXsession what did the command line return"

      the mysql prompt.

          What ever.
How is this going to be resolved.
Are you doing research, what exactly are you or anyone else doing to get this problem resolved.

Im still not quite sure whats wrong, you can open a support ticket and they will be better able to help you, make sure you include an admin login, phpmyadmin and ftp detials when opening the ticket.
