    Eve Import Problems

I am working with Jerry on this via the support system, but I need to get this working by the end of the weekend, so I figured I would post my problem here as well and maybe, just maybe someone else has had this problem and figured out a solution.

I am importing from Infopop's EVE system.

I able to go into the import screen and do steps 1 & 2 fine, however when I go to step 3 (Import Users) I get the following MySQL error

Database error in vBulletin:ImpEx Target 3.0.1:

Invalid SQL: UPDATE userfield SET field = '' WHERE userid = '2'
mysql error: Unknown column 'field' in 'field list'

    mysql error number: 1054

    Any ideas?

This is a unhacked VB 3.01 system. And the file check in step 1 shows no problems.

    Thanks
Yup I run a BIG Board.

What's the complete error, including the script info?

This is it. Again this is when you run the import users function. You get the screen that asks you how many you want to import at a time and if you want to dump the existing memebers list.

Database error in vBulletin:ImpEx Target 3.0.1:

Invalid SQL: UPDATE userfield SET field = '' WHERE userid = '2'

That's strange. I could not find this query in any of the Impex files:

UPDATE userfield SET field UPDATE userfield SET field

I would reupload the original Impex files, making sure you overwrite the ones on the server. If it's not that then fill out a support ticket so we can assign his to Jerry.

I tired that and its still happening.

I do have a ticket open and last heard from Jerry yesterday Morning, however this problem is different then the one I first I reported. Should I open a new ticket for this problem? I do understand that it's the weekend and Jerry probably needs time off, but I need to get this working as well.

          Thanks everyone!

The import scripts are seriosly bugged.

            IPB importer is screwd aswell.

I would just update the current ticket since presumably you have provided Jerry with the access he needs to investigate and fix this problem.

Still have not heard back from Jerry (I understand he is busy)

Is it possible for Vbulletin to import the stuff for me?

At this time only Jerry can sort out these problems.
