Importer problem - Script wouldnt work anymore

Ive been running the script and got to number 5 or so but decided not to import the ex smileys so just skipped that number and ran the next one. From that point I cant use the script anymore, instead I keep getting this page (see the screenshot).

Ive cleaned the internet temp folder, restarted apache and deleted the old impex folder and replaced it with the new one (fresh download). Didnt help..

PS: PhpBB2 -> vB3 / no previous hacks

Please help..
