      Any update from Vbulletin?
Your not going to get a response some two hours after it was first mentioned.

It will be looked at by the relevant parties in due course.

Why not? A, "Hey, we've received a lot of reports about this. Here's what we know. We're looking into it and should have a response to you within X days." would go a long way in settling some nerves. What's wrong with letting people know that VB is officially aware of the issue and giving us some sort of indication of when they will communicate with us next?

I really don't like the "in due course" response. It's actually pretty rude to say to someone who has paid for a product.

We're aware of the issue, not much more we have to say right now. We there is a better more full bit of information we can provide we will do so.

Well actually, no its not. I gave you the facts, I cant really do much about whether you like them. As I said, it will be looked at, and responded to, in due course.

I was commenting on the fact that "in due course" sounds overly bureaucratic and sort of dismissive. What people want to hear is, "ASAP" or "as quickly as we can." Obviously, it's something new and completely out of the blue so I'm not saying VB should already have a solution but VB's response should chose language that reflects urgency in their getting to the bottom of it.

                      I've never received the mail...

As has been stated by Zachery, it's been passed to the relevant people to investigate further and changes, if necessary, will be applied in due course/in a future build*

As soon as more information is available, we will communicate it out via here or the Announcements Forum.
