Whenever someone posts to my forum via Facebook it adds a / in front of every ' and " to the post.

In your PHP Info window is either magic_quotes_gpc or magic_quotes_runtime set to on?Translations provided by Google.

magic_quotes_gpc should be off
but mine is off and still I am getting the weird characters issue....------------------------------------------

It would be turned off in your php.ini file. If this doesn't resolve the issue, there is currently an open JIRA on the issue here: VBF-513Translations provided by Google.

My vBulletin installation is telling me that magic_quotes_gpc is ON but when I go to edit my php.ini file, it's off...
In any event, I am experiencing this issue and will be happy to see a fix...Comment

Make sure you're editing the correct php.ini file. There could be one in your home directory, forum directory, etc...Translations provided by Google.

by Fever905I added my facebook info to https://www.lubrigad.com/connect .. the API key, secret, etc.. nothing has changed however.
