New Posts not showing up, nothing in Activity Feed?

    Hello all,

I'm in a bit over my head here, as I'm the furthest thing from a web guy. I started a forum a while back and it just grew, and I haven't done the best job of maintaining it as a result.

I'm currently running vB 4.2.4, and haven't made any changes in quite some time.

As of what appears to be 2/20, no new posts show up. You can freely reply to threads, but as soon as you back out of the thread, the forum shows no new replies. No new posts show up in the activity feed either.

For example: Viewing a forum, it'll say no new replies since 2/20, but if you enter the thread, new replies, if made, will be there.

There seems to be only one thread that us users can still communicate on, with our posts visible to others.

    The forum url is stanceworks.com/forums
    1. vBulletin Version : 4.2.4
    2. PHP Version : 5.5.38
    3. MySQL Version : Can't find as explained in help post.

(There are a few more but they are struck out in the admin panel, so I assume not relevant?)
    1. Does the issue occur in a default style? : Yes
    2. Error message on the screen' : No
    3. Browser and Browser version used. : Not applicable, I don't think
    4. A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue. : Present for all.

I'd hugely appreciate any support or thoughts on what to do to remedy it.

    Update:

Attempted to update the forum to 4.2.5 to see if I'd have any luck.

Now I'm waiting on my server host to update my PHP version to 5.6. Will update ASAP.

When I visit your site I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*' in /home/stancewo/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php on line 1576
This usually means you're running code that isn't compatible with your version of PHP. You should disable your addons and re-enable them one at a time to see if they are causing the issues.
