What do you have set for the option Allow remote [video] retrieval under Settings -> Options -> BBCode Settings? This value needs to be greater than 1.Translations provided by Google.

Could not find any information about this in the manual.
vBulletin Options -> BB Code Settings -> WMODE Setting
