Filmstrip missing from Tools legend

What do you have set for the option Allow remote [video] retrieval under Settings -> Options -> BBCode Settings? This value needs to be greater than 1.

Using 4.2.5 and trying to insert a Youtube Vid but I don't have the filmstrip in editing tools....
Assistance needed. Thanks.
