Nav Bar Settings

Can someone tell me where the vBulletin settings are that control these links/buttons (in the screenshot below)?...they are located in the NavBar area.

Not the links surrounded by red with the blue arrow (I know these are controlled by the Navigation Manager)...I'm interested in the links surrounded by the gray-area that the red arrow is pointing to.

Those are submenus under the main menu items.

In the Navigation Manager click on the main menu item, the "Tab". That will open up to show you all the submenu items.
